- Matt Hoffman. Matt is the President and Co-Founder of Early Stage Legal. Matt began his career at Factset Research in sales. He subsequently joined Codonix, a medical software startup in the Bay Area, as the VP of Sales. Following his passion for skiing, Matt moved to Utah where he joined vSpring Capital, a $400M early-stage venture capital firm as an analyst. He left vSpring to join 3Point5, a vSpring portfolio company, as the VP of Sales. He helped to grow the company from no revenues to over $8M in sales. Matt has a BA from Stanford University.
- Jeron Paul. Jeron is the Founder and an advisor of Early Stage Legal. Jeron currently works as a Principal at vSpring Capital, a $400M venture capital firm. Previously Jeron has started several companies including Scalar Partners and BoardLink (now part of Thomson Reuters). Jeron is a director on the boards of Netaphor Software, Penguin Computing, and Sybrant. Jeron is a board observer on the board of Infusionsoft. Jeron also works with the boards of Voonami, AlphaBay, Public Engines, Fatpipe, and Sparxent. Jeron is a member of the Board of Directors for the Rocky Mountain Venture Capital Association. Jeron has a BS from Brigham Young University where he double-majored in Economics and Philosophy. He also has a Masters of Business Administration from Harvard University.
- Karl Israelsen. Karl is an active advisor to Early Stage Legal. Karl is a successful early-stage lawyer. Karl is the founder of Carman, Lehnhof, Israelsen. He has advised on 60+ venture capital transactions with a total value over $350M. Karl has worked as an attorney at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, P.C. and Stoel Rives, LLP. He has a JD from the University of Chicago. He received an MPA from the University of Texas and a BA from Utah State University.
- Chad Dalton. Chad is an experienced software product manager. Chad currently works as director of the records processing center at Mediconnect Global. Previously Chad worked as the US sales and product manager at Sybrant Technologies and as a fund intern and summer associate at vSpring Capital. Chad values the relationships and experience he has gained working alongside great entrepreneurs in the insurance, venture capital and technology industries. Chad graduated with a BA from Brigham Young University.
