state filing fees
State filing fees are fixed charges by the state to cover the costs of starting a maintaing a company in that state. They vary from $30 to $150 depending on the state. These costs are incremental to the basic company formation price that Early Stage Legal charges. Please note that the state filing fee ranges mentioned in the video are for C-Corporations not for LLCs (which can generally be higher) and that they are subject to change as states changes these fees.
