We promise to refund your total expenditure with Early Stage Legal if your documents are rejected by an investor including banks, angels, venture capitalists, private equity firms, etc. We offer the same promise if your documents are rejected by a reputable law firm. Please note that this guarantee does not cover simple changes to our documents that every funding generally requires. For example, if you are a C-Corporation and you raise new money you have to file an amendment to your Certificate of Incorporation that shows you are expanding the number of shares of the company to make room for the new investor.
